We had a lovely time at the spa / hotel.only good things to say - exept for two contructive feedback:- i think the 20 bill for the bottle of cavia should have been offered after we have spent 500 of hotel rooms and spa treatments in 2 days...- when looking at booking the hotel on friday 30th, the receptionist i talk with over the phone was not helpful when i wanted information on spa availability, and he even hung up on me!! i called back for the spa number and spoke with the same gentleman. he took my phone number down and said he would ask the spa to call me back, but you could feel he wasn\'t overly happy to help. ... 24h later no calls back at all from the spa. not a great first impression.... we came close to chosing another hotel because of that....in the end i dont regret to have spent time at your establishment, we had a really good weekend.big thank you

Every time i visit cadiz, i always stay here. the people are so courteous and the price is very affordable.
